• the shoes received are different from the order

• the shoes are damaged

• the shoe size needs to be changed.

To be eligible for a change for the shoe size;

• The product should be purchased in the last 30 days

• The product should be in its original packaging

• The product shouldn't be used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be changed.

• Please note, we cannot accept the import taxes, duties and any transportation costs that occur in the destination country, as a valid reason for returns and refunds. 

• ​Custom made products (custom design shoes, shoes with half sizes, etc.), items from clearance sale cannot be changed or refunded.

• In case of changes; If there is a price difference between the two different products, we will kindly ask for the payment of this difference. The price of the product (that is requested to be exchanged) at the time of the purchase willl be accounted, while, the price of the new product when the exchange is requested will be accounted. The price difference will be paid by the buyer

​​Duties & Taxes and Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs due to the return or change of a product are non-refundable.

Any duties and import taxes, as well as transportation costs that may occur in the destination country are non-refundable.

Initial shipping cost is non-refundable. This also applies to products purchased with a free shipping campaign. ​In this case, the shipping cost will be calculated according  to the standard post service shipping fees.

The buyer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss in value or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Movimiento Tango Shoes Online Store. Buyers are also responsible for the taxes and duties that may occur at the return of the products for return and exchanges.
