  • Upon receiving your order, we start producing your hand-made shoes with great care. Our processing times are below: 

    • Normal Season: Approximately 30 Days.

    • The processing time for Black Friday, New Year, Holiday promotions may vary (60 +/-15 days) due to the high demand and interest. 
      We work with agility and great effort to deliver your shoes to you in the shortest time possible. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you have any questions.

  • Shoes from the Clearance Sale section are present in our inventory. We ship your products from the Clearance Sale section within 7 work days.

Delivery from Turkey to Your Country

Standard Postal Service (PTT): 

PTT is the national postal service of Turkey and is useful for delivering to many countries. It takes about 20-40 workdays to deliver depending on the destination. There ischance of avoiding custom taxes with postal service but, to be clear, we cannot guarantee that. It has been more useful for buyers especially from Europe, based on our experience. 

Even though it is sometimes more expensive than DHL Express for some destinations and it is much slower, you should consider this method if you want to try your chance for avoiding custom taxes up to a certain point. 

If you are from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel or Palestine, please check with us the current availability of cargo service. We deliver to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus with a regional cargo service whose specialty is this area, however, we always need to double check the availability because of the very unfortunate war situation going on.

SF International (China only):

We ship to China with SF International Express Shipping. 

​DHL Express: 

DHL's estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days, which varies according to the country. For example, deliveries to European countries are delivered within 2-4 days, deliveries to USA and Canada are delivered within 3-5 days, and deliveries to Australia may take up to 10-15 days. 

There is no chance of avoiding customs duties when you receive your package with DHL Express.

Customs & Duty (Especially for the EU Countries & Canada)

Especially for the EU, after the new regulations on VAT (since July 2021), please note that, it is possible duties will be applied to your orders.

Canada, on the other hand, is well-known to apply high duties.

So if you are from the EU or Canada; 

You may consider a slower delivery with standard postal service and try your chance on avoiding at least some of the customs expenses. 

  • Postal Service deliveries may sometimes avoid some duties, however we cannot guarantee this.

  • With DHL Express, we always declare the exact value of goods. That is a legal obligation. So the duties are calculated based on this value.

  • With postal service, we can declare the goods with their sample values but we pay domestic taxes for this. For some destinations, you may see that postal service delivery will be more expensive than DHL Express. That is because of the domestic taxes. However, for EU, Canada, etc. destinations, postal service deliveries will mostly be more economical in the end, considering all. 

  • On the other hand, we'd like to remind you that DHL Express is much faster and reliable. Please make sure to choose the best delivery option for you. You can always ask us if you hesitate.

​We'd like to remind you that we do not have any jurisdiction about the customs applications and cannot interfere to the customs procedures. Please check the customs policy of your country to avoid any surprises.

Please note, we cannot accept returns because of duties.

  • Shipping fee is based on weight, quantity and country of delivery.

  • Please note, you are responsible for import duties and taxes for your order. In international logistics, the buyer is responsible for any custom taxes and carrier charges that occur in the destination country. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.

  • There are wide variations of customs policies and you should contact your local customs office for more information.

  • Delivery times are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees for delays.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national or religious holidays.

  • ​The total delivery timing can be estimated as the sum of time required for production plus shipping timing.

  • Important Update: War is a terrible thing and affects us all: Unfortunately, Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Elevated Risk areas such as Ukraine and Israel because of the very high shipping costs or because the service is unavailable by the cargo companies.
